National Tiles is seeking a Trade Assistant for our Burleigh Heads store to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will guide customers through their projects and assist with stock, orders, and deliveries in a hands-on role.

The position involves assisting with warehouse tasks, stock checks, and WHS compliance while providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Join National Tiles as a Trade Assistant based at ourBurleigh Heads store, where you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects.

PT - Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat (31 hrs per week)
$32.22 per/hr + Super, Commissions & Benefits!

This is a rewarding role where you are tasked with the day-to-day management of our Trade Sales and Warehouse to achieve excellence in operations and customer experience.

You will assist our valued customers with your demonstrated product knowledge, expert advice and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You are also required to manage the warehouse including unpacking stock arrivals, picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch, conducting stock takes, carrying our WHS audits, managing staff and general housekeeping.
