You will prospect, manage campaigns from listing to settlement, and build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers. This role offers a generous commission structure, ongoing training, and access to a strong brand and technology tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential sales with strong familiarity with the local community.
• Current Real estate licence or Certificate of Registration.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experiencein residential sales ideally with strong familiarity with the local community
• Strong understanding of thelocal marketand stay ahead of market trends
• Demonstrate a proven track record in listings and sales
• You are a strong relationship manager with ability to build rapport with existing and new clients
• Highly capable in prospecting and equipped with strong negotiation skills
• Client centric approach and self-driven individual
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
• Current holder of driver license and reliable vehicle
