Rawson Homes is seeking a driven Sales Agent to join our ACT team. You will own your portfolio, build meaningful customer relationships and guide buyers from initial enquiry through to contract in a trusted brand.

We offer uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, with weekends required to match busiest showroom periods. You will thrive on sales results, autonomy and recognition within a supportive group backed by Daiwa House Group.

Qualifications

• NSW REA Assistant Agent Certificate is highly regarded.
• Formal sales training or demonstrated equivalent experience is preferred.
• Current NSW driver's licence is required.
• Strong understanding of residential home design principles and NSW/ACT building compliance is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with prospective homebuyers from enquiry to contract.
• Own your portfolio and manage customers through the home journey.
• Guide customers through the selection, design and procurement process.
• Share ownership of weekends and peak showroom periods to maximise sales.

About the role:

You'll work closely with prospective homebuyers, build strong customer relationships, and guide customers through their new home journey from initial enquiry through to contract.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, customer-focused, and thrives on achieving sales results. You'll enjoy taking ownership, building trust with customers, and delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way. Our display homes are busiest on weekends, so availability to work weekends is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications and experience

• NSW REA Assistant Agent Certificate (highly regarded).
• Formal sales training or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Current driver's licence valid in NSW.
• You will bring a strong understanding of residential home design principles and current NSW and ACT building compliance requirements.
