Youi Insurance is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor to work in our Chermside office, Brisbane. You’ll speak with customers who are finishing a quote, helping them understand options, prices, and next steps.

You’ll follow a structured call framework, ask the right questions, and guide decisions with clear explanations. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide paid training, coaching, and ongoing feedback to strengthen your confidence and capability, while you build trust, handle

Qualifications

• Clear speaking with customers to explain options and choose the right cover.
• Explain pricing and coverage in simple terms to help informed decisions.
• Follow a clear call structure and comply with requirements to ensure proper processes.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional cover and guide customers through quotes.
• Work toward service and sales targets with regular feedback and coaching.

Responsabilités
