• Comfort with following scripts and talking on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers on the phone to understand needs and explain cover options.
• Read and interpret policy information in real time to inform customers.
• Work toward sales and performance targets while building sales habits.
• Work in-office at Chermside with set hours and structured coaching.
