Job summary

BYD Haberfield, backed by Harmony Auto, is seeking a full‑time Sales Administrator to join our fast-growing Australian team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, with automotive industry experience and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include supporting the Sales Team, processing vehicle sales documents, coordinating registrations and stock movements, and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential.
• Strong technical skills with Excel and sales/system platforms; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment, reliability and accountability; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Stock Controller is highly regarded.
