Job summary

Hall & Prior Aged Care Group in Australia is seeking a proactive sales coordinator to manage a portfolio of customer accounts from first enquiry to delivery. You will prepare accurate quotes, follow up on open quotes, and drive new business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Working in a small team, you’ll use Pipedrive and MYOB, handle inbound and outbound calls, and own the end-to-end journey. The role offers flexible hours, a competitive salary, and quarterly profit sharing.

Qualifications

• .Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally B2B/trade.
• .Strong phone communication and a professional manner.
• .Proactive approach with outbound calling.
• .Ability to work independently within a small team.
• .Experience with Pipedrive and MYOB highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and prepare accurate quotes using MYOB.
• Drive sales growth by following up open quotes and making outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain customer and opportunity records in Pipedrive.
• Track orders through production and keep customers updated on delivery timelines.
• Own customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
