Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant based at our West Perth corporate office. You will support regional management to hit profit targets, perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes, and engage with clinical and operational teams to guide revenue and cost decisions.
The role requires prior management accounting experience, CA/CPA progression, and willingness to obtain Police Clearance and influenza vaccination.

We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team, based at our corporate office in West Perth. In this exciting and varied role, you will oversee Home Care, Retirement Village and State Government programs and assist with Residential Aged Care.
About the role
Reporting to our Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for assisting the regional management team to achieve budgeted regional profit targets as well as balance sheet reconciliations and month end accounting processes. You’ll also build relationships with key clinical and operational managers to provide guidance and support on revenue and cost decisions and their consequences, while driving a continuous improvement approach across the organisation.
