Job summary

RecruitShop, a family-owned Australian manufacturer with 35+ years in steel stair kits, invites a sales-focused account lead to own the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

You will handle inbound calls and prepare quotes in MYOB, follow up open quotes with outbound calls, maintain records in Pipedrive, and coordinate delivery timelines with a small, supportive team. Flexible hours to suit school or family commitments are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally phone-based or B2B/trade.
• Confident, clear phone communication and professional manner.
• Proactive approach with outbound calling; able to work independently within a small team.
• Full Australian work rights, ongoing with no visa restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and prepare accurate quotes using MYOB.
• Drive sales growth by following up open quotes and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in Pipedrive.
• Track orders through production and keep customers updated on delivery timelines.
• Take ownership of customer issues and coordinate timely resolution.
