Tacticall Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking a Permanent - Sales Team Administrator to support the sales team and Account Managers, manage appointments, prepare quotes, coordinate next steps and keep customer activity moving. You will monitor calendars and pre-empt requirements to ensure seamless operation.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours in Slacks Creek with parking and public transport access, plus potential for a bonus and a three-week Christmas closure.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for Account Management team.
• Ensure Account Managers are fully prepped before appointments and general admin support.
• Coordinating information between whole team.
• Internal follow-ups to get the information or materials required.
• Preparing and sending customer quotes
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing inbound customer emails and calls. Monitoring shared inboxes and prioritising tasks.
• Coordinating information between all stakeholders.
