Job summary

Redpath Group in Roxby Downs, SA, is seeking a Safety & Training Lead for an underground hard rock mining project. You will lead all project safety and training functions, coordinate risk assessments, deliver training and meetings, and drive compliance and workforce competency.

Join a strong safety culture with the 'Consider it Done - Safely' ethos, and enjoy a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off FIFO roster, camp facilities, and career growth opportunities on a major BHP project.

Qualifications

• Underground hard rock mining safety & training experience.
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
• Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE).
• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
• Current Manual Driver's Licence.
