Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an Implementations Project Manager to lead high-value SaaS implementations. You will be the primary contact for customers, overseeing time, cost, quality, and satisfaction, and collaborating with HR/Payroll consultants and data analysts to deliver strong outcomes.

You will support customers with change management, manage multiple projects concurrently, and influence stakeholders to drive positive results. Remote-first environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project managing the delivery of SaaS implementations to small and medium sized business customers.
• 3+ years managing a portfolio of projects (up to 50 at any one time).
• Project Management qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience with HR and Payroll is highly desirable but not essential.
• Process improvement and improvement experience.
• High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management.
• Effective and efficient utilisation of resources.
• Strong time management and schedule management skills.
• Attention to detail with exceptional risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software implementation projects for high-value customers (20-30 projects).
• Manage the customer journey from sale completion to go-live and BAU.
• Lead the customer project by coordinating with Payroll & HR Consultants and Data Analysts to meet high quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain customer communications and resolve issues swiftly.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of resources and execution of project management fundamentals.
• Keep data in business management systems accurate and current; continuously review and improve delivery processes.
