Job summary

Employment Hero is a remote-first company delivering an Employment Operating System for hiring, HR, payroll and benefits. We seek an Implementations Project Manager to own multiple SaaS deployment projects for high-value customers, coordinating with HR/Payroll consultants and data analysts to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will manage 20-30 projects concurrently, oversee the customer journey from sale to go-live and BAU, and drive process improvements while engaging stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years project managing the delivery of SaaS implementations to small and medium sized business customers.
• 3+ years managing a portfolio of projects (up to 50 at any one time).
• Project Management qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience with HR and Payroll is highly desirable but not essential.
• Process innovation and improvement experience.
• High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management.
• Effective and efficient utilisation of resources.
• Strong time management and schedule management skills.
• Attention to detail with exceptional risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software implementation projects for our high value customers (20-30 projects).
• Lead the customer journey from sale completion to go-live and business-as-usual.
• Collaborate with payroll & HR consultants and data analysts to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and prioritise tasks to drive positive outcomes.
• Monitor and improve delivery processes to enhance project outcomes.
