Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Manager - SaaS Implementations to lead end-to-end delivery of our HRIS/HR technology solutions for customers in Australia. You will be the primary liaison across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a strong customer experience.

You will guide client project teams, manage risks and changes, and maintain thorough documentation while building lasting relationships that drive adoption of our SaaS

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in a SaaS implementation environment.
• Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders including executives and technical teams.
• Solid knowledge of project delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on track.
• Guide customer project managers and project teams using ELMO’s implementation methodology.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with minimal disruption and clear impact communication.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation from kickoff through to closure.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and drive adoption of our SaaS solutions.
