Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end deployment of our HR and Payroll platforms. You will gather client requirements, configure the systems, and ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand legislation, acting as the primary client contact throughout the rollout.

This role supports multiple clients simultaneously, requires strong communication and training skills, and offers remote-first working, ESOP, paternity leave, WFH budget, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 2+ years combined experience in HR or Payroll implementations.
• Knowledge of Australian Payroll legislation and processing.
• Exposure to HR or payroll software and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: manage HR and Payroll platform deployments.
• Consultancy and Training: deliver training and best-practice guidance.
• System Configuration: gather requirements and configure platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with SMEs, coordinators and tech teams.
• Root Cause Analysis: analyse issues and recommend improvements.
• Customer Relationship Management: build strong client relationships.
• Legislative Compliance: educate clients on HR/payroll laws in AU/NZ.
• Process Improvement: refine implementation processes for efficiency.
