Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead SaaS implementations and complex software projects. You will govern schedules, manage risks, and coordinate across customer project managers and delivery teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of our SaaS offerings.

You will work with stakeholders across business and technical teams, applying Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies to bridge gaps and ensure alignment with organisational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS implementations or complex software projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional relationships and leadership.
• Experience applying Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with end users, business owners, and technology teams.
• Understanding of software delivery and change/adoption activities.
• PRINCE2 or PMP qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project schedules; manage timelines and milestones.
• Guide customer project managers and delivery teams through implementation framework.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Oversee scope, timelines, and budgets; communicate impacts clearly.
• Maintain project documentation across the full lifecycle.
• Develop client partnerships; drive adoption of SaaS products.
