Job summary

Employment Hero is hiring a Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead client deployments of the EH payroll product. You will translate legislation into practical payroll configurations, work with project managers and product teams, and help customers achieve compliant, timely payroll outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in Australia (New Zealand a plus).
• Experience with customer facing payroll implementations is desirable.
• Exposure to other payroll software and accounting platforms understanding system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers during implementations within a project team.
• Lead change management and engage stakeholders, communicating clearly with clients.
• Collaborate with Implementations, Product and Support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Apply payroll best practices to EH payroll implementations and interpret awards.
• Build and manage client relationships and troubleshoot with internal teams.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, data is accurate, and processes are improved.
