Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations, data migration and configuration for client HR & Payroll setups. You will train client users and internal teams, optimise features, and drive ongoing enablement to improve client outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, ensure timely delivery, and translate product updates into practical business benefits for clients while maintaining high standards of client communication and support.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Employment Hero HR & Payroll (or similar HRIS/payroll)
• Strong project coordination: milestones, risks, stakeholder mgmt
• High attention to data handling, imports and reconciliation
• Translate system capability into practical business process improvements
• Confident trainer/facilitator for workshops and demos
• Clear written communication for user guides and instructions
• Problem-solving mindset and troubleshooting capability
• Ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Employment Hero implementations on time and to a high standard.
• Prepare data migration and system configuration.
• Train client users and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing enablement and troubleshooting support.
• Support sales enablement and partner portal activities.
• Maintain client experience and issue resolution across projects.
