The Public Transport Authority (PTA) in Western Australia seeks an organised RTO Officer to support its Registered Training Organisation. Based at the Guildford Training Centre, with occasional work at East Perth and Claisebrook, you will coordinate training schedules, maintain learner records and assist with audits and reporting to uphold compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training, learning and development, or workforce capability programs.
• Strong knowledge of 2025 Standards for RTOs and records management.
• Experience in RTO/VET or compliance-focused training environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training schedules and learner records across multiple locations.
• Support LMS, audits and reporting to ensure compliance and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for learning outcomes.
• Provide excellent service to internal stakeholders within PTA.
