Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs and AQF framework.
• Experience designing innovative face-to-face, workplace and eLearning resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTO compliance culture with ongoing monitoring and improvement.
• Support training quality, student wellbeing and learning outcomes.
• Manage change across the RTO and coordinate with education and training teams.
• Design and implement face-to-face, workplace and eLearning strategies and resources.
• Ensure trainer workforce maintains vocational currency and competency.
• Lead the design, development and maintenance of Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS).
