Short Courses Australia in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking an RTO Compliance & Student Resource Development specialist. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining RTO compliance with ASQA standards, updating policies, and supporting audits and reporting.

Formación

• Experience ensuring RTO compliance with ASQA standards and VET Quality Framework.
• Ability to develop and review training materials and assessment tools.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with trainers and admin staff.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications in Training and Assessment and/or compliance or related field.
• Experience in the VET sector is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with office software and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain RTO compliance and monitor regulatory standards.
• Update policies and procedures to current regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audits and reporting.
• Develop and review student learning resources and training materials.
• Collaborate with trainers and assessors to ensure course delivery consistency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and respond to inquiries.
• Work with operations and academic teams to enhance learner experience and documentation quality.
