Job summary

The Gordon in Geelong is seeking a proactive Quality Project Support Officer to help implement our RTO compliance platform. This part-time 0.5 role (19 hours/week) is a 3-month contract based in Geelong City. You will coordinate project activities, document processes, engage with SMEs and support system adoption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, actions and milestones across the implementation program.
• Document current and future state processes, workflows, requirements and decisions.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to capture requirements and support implementation activities.
• Support user testing, feedback collection, training coordination and user readiness activities.
