Job summary

Short Courses Australia in Melbourne CBD is seeking a dedicated RTO Compliance & Student Resource Development professional. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, updating policies, and supporting audits to ensure high-quality learner outcomes.

You will develop learning resources and assessment tools, collaborate with trainers and staff, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASQA standards and VET Quality Framework.
• Experience in developing and reviewing training materials, learning resources and assessment tools.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with trainers, assessors and admin staff.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications in Training and Assessment and/or compliance/education.
• Experience in the VET sector or RTO environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RTO compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and review student learning resources, assessment tools and training materials.
• Collaborate with trainers and assessors to ensure consistent course delivery.
• Support internal audits and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhance learner experience and documentation quality.
