Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions on the Central Coast, NSW, seeks an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to strengthen RTO quality, regulatory compliance and documentation review. The role supports audits, continuous improvement and management with robust compliance programs.

Initial full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with a transition to approximately 3 days per week as the program evolves on the Central Coast. Experience in VET compliance is essential.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Training and Assessment qualification.
  • Recent experience within an RTO.
  • Sound knowledge of VET and RTO compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ASQA registration or rectification processes would be highly regarded.
  • Community education experience advantageous but not essential.

  • Supporting RTO quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Reviewing policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
  • Reviewing training and assessment documentation.

Job description

Central Coast NSW | Initially Full-Time, transitioning to 3 days per week

We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join an established education and training organisation on the Central Coast.

This role would suit someone with recent experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a strong understanding of VET quality and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting RTO quality and regulatory compliance
  • Reviewing policies, procedures and compliance documentation
  • Reviewing training and assessment documentation
  • Supporting audits, quality reviews and continuous improvement
  • Identifying compliance gaps and assisting with rectification
  • Maintaining compliance records and supporting evidence
  • Providing compliance support and guidance to management and staff
To be considered, you will ideally have:
  • A Training and Assessment qualification
  • Recent experience within an RTO
  • Sound knowledge of VET and RTO compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with ASQA registration or rectification processes would be highly regarded
  • Community education experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Hours: Initially Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, transitioning to approximately 3 days per week.
