Civil Contractors Federation Victoria (CCF Victoria) is seeking an experienced RTO Administrator to join our Training Arm in Notting Hill. You will handle enrolments, carding, compliance checks and day-to-day RTO operations within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, experience with VET Trak/VET Enrol, and knowledge of Skills First funding. Australian citizenship or PR is required; office-based role with some events throughout the year.

Qualificações

• Experience with enrolments, carding and compliance in an RTO setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Skills First Funding and ASQA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Process enrolments and carding via Student Management System.
• Support RTO Relationships Lead and admin team with operations.
• Maintain compliance tracking and progress reporting.
• Provide general training and operations support.
