Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking an experienced Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Administrator to join the busy team in the Western Suburbs on a temporary basis. You will support daily student administration and ensure accurate data management across RTO systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with RTO SMS platforms such as VETtrak, aXcelerate or JobReady. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
• Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage daily administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process student enrolments, applications, and USI verifications.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment outcomes in the SMS.
• Generate and issue Statements of Attainment and formal qualifications per templates.
• Assist with AVETMISS data validation, reporting, and file maintenance.
• Manage trainer and assessor documentation and currency records.
• Respond promptly to student and stakeholder enquiries by phone and email.
