Job summary

Civil Contractors Federation Victoria is seeking an RTO Administrator to join the Training Arm, reporting to the RTO Relationships Lead. This office-based role (Notting Hill) requires collaboration with the RTO team to manage enrolments and compliance through VET Trak/VET Enrol systems.

You will support the Executive Manager and RTO team in efficient, accurate processes, focusing on customer service and enrolments, while ensuring adherence to Skills First Funding and ASQA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling enrolments and compliance checks in RTO settings.
• Proven customer service excellence and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Skills First Funding and ASQA requirements.
• Ability to coordinate across RTO team and executives.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and internal departmental communications
• Short course /Traffic enrolments
• Apprentice Trainee journey and progress reporting
• General training and operations support

Skills

Current Driver’s licence

Working with Children Check

Customer service experience

RTO Administration experience
