Job summary

This role supports the Training Arm and reports to the RTO Relationships Lead, working within the RTO Administration Team to process enrolments, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Processing enrolments and carding via the Student Management System (VET Trak / VET Enrol).
• Compliance checking and supporting the RTO team in general operation.
• Knowledge of Skills First Funding and ASQA requirements across training and administration.

Responsibilities

• Process enrolments and carding through the Student Management System.
• Support RTO team with operations, compliance tracking and progress reporting for apprentices/trainees.
• Provide customer service and internal communications across departments.
