Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced RTO Administrator to support daily student administration and ensure accurate data management across RTO systems. The role is based in the Western Suburbs on a temporary basis, with responsibilities spanning enrolments, USI checks, and records management.

The ideal candidate will have RTO experience, proficiency with SMS platforms (VETtrak / aXcelerate / JobReady), and strong attention to detail and communication skills to support a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
• Hands-on experience with RTO Student Management Systems (e.g., VETtrak, aXcelerate, JobReady).
• High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage daily administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process student enrolments, applications, and USI verification.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment outcomes in the SMS.
• Generate and issue Statements of Attainment and formal qualifications.
• Assist with AVETMISS data validation, reporting, and file maintenance.
• Manage trainer and assessor documentation, including qualifications and currency records.
• Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
