Job summary

Pegasus Community Care is seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join the Workforce and Allocations team in Kings Park, NSW. This hands-on role coordinates daily workforce allocations, manages roster changes and fills vacancies to meet staffing requirements across our services.

You will be highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in rostering tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, scheduling, bookings or administration.
• Strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using databases and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage the bookings inbox and enter shifts into the system.
• Coordinate shift allocations and fill vacancies.
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Liaise with staff, managers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records within the database.
• Assist with follow-up communication where required.
• Participate in the on-call roster to support after-hours staffing needs.
• Demonstrate experience in rostering, scheduling, bookings or administration.
• Provide strong customer service in a fast-paced context.
• Utilize databases and MS Office as part of daily work.
