Job summary

Priority Disability Care Australia is seeking an experienced Rostering and Workforce Coordinator for our Western Sydney team. The role focuses on managing complex rosters, coordinating support workers and ensuring staffing coverage across services in a fast-paced NDIS environment.

Applicants must have direct NDIS rostering experience, excellent communication and organisation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Direct NDIS rostering experience is required.
• Strong understanding of NDIS operations and support worker scheduling.
• Experience managing complex rosters, shift changes, staff availability and service coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and coordinate staff rosters in line with participant needs and service agreements.
• Manage complex rosters, shift allocations, and respond to last-minute changes.
• Identify and resolve staffing gaps and unplanned absences promptly.
• Coordinate support workers to ensure consistent service delivery and appropriate workforce coverage.
• Communicate roster changes to staff, participants and internal teams.
