Job summary

Outlook Australia is seeking an After Hours Rostering Officer to maintain service continuity Friday afternoon to Monday morning. This remote, on-call role requires independent work, quick rostering decisions and careful handovers to NSW and VIC offices.

You will use AlayaCare to adjust rosters, check voicemails, and record actions, while ensuring compliance with SCHADS Award. Flexible shifts and supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Practical rostering or scheduling experience in home care or disability services.
• Ability to interpret information and make timely decisions while working remotely after hours.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for handovers.
• Familiarity with AlayaCare or similar rostering systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations
• Update roster via AlayaCare and contacts to record changes
• Check voicemail at 6:00 am and make roster changes
• Apply SCHADS rostering requirements and escalate urgent risks
• Maintain records and complete Monday handover
