Job summary

SEQUAL is seeking a casual Rostering Officer to support our Rostering team during peak periods and staff leave. The role manages rostering processes and ensures coverage from 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts 7:00am to 3:30pm.

You will roster and liaise with stakeholders to optimise resources, assist with rostering administration, and update client and roster changes. The position requires flexibility across shifts, strong administration, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce planning.
Experience in community sector / disability / aged care preferred.
Ability to work in high-volume customer service environment.
Excellent administration and organisation skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Right to work in Australia; ability to obtain NDIS screening and Working with Children check.

Responsibilities

Provide effective rostering services and leave coverage in a timely manner.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with client needs.
Assist with rostering administration.
