Job summary

RAWRSS is seeking a dedicated Rostering & Scheduling Officer to coordinate NDIS and Aged Care Support at Home services. You will manage daily rosters, respond to scheduling changes, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support across communities.

Key requirements include rostering experience, strong organisation and communication, and a current driver licence with a National Police Check or willingness to obtain one. This role offers meaningful work within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, administration, or service delivery coordination.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Current Driver Licence and National Police Check (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain efficient staff rosters across NDIS and Aged Care Support at Home services
• Match staff to clients based on skills, qualifications, availability, and preferences
• Coordinate shift replacements for planned and unplanned absences
• Respond promptly to roster changes and urgent service requests
• Monitor workforce utilisation and roster efficiency
• Ensure continuity of care and consistent staff allocation
• Manage leave requests and workforce availability
• Coordinate after-hours roster adjustments and emergency staffing when required
• Liaise with participants, clients, families, and care managers regarding schedules
• Ensure client preferences and support requirements are reflected in rosters
