Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a dedicated Roster Scheduler in Shellharbour, NSW. This full-time, fixed-term 6-month contract will own rostering, payroll support, and workforce reporting to ensure our aged care service runs smoothly.
You will develop accurate rosters, analyse workforce data, and provide timely reports to guide staff allocations, all while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards for residents and families.
As our Roster Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our residential aged care service running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Service Manager you’ll take ownership of rostering, workforce admin administration and payroll support, helping to ensure our teams are in there to deliver exceptional care.
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, compliant and accessible rosters, while analysing workforce data and providing timely reporting on key rostering metrics to support informed decision-making.
You will contribute to Uniting’s person-centred approach by supporting staff, residents, and families through efficient, professional and confidential rostering practices.
