Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a dedicated Roster Scheduler to manage rostering, payroll support and workforce administration for our residential aged care services in NSW. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure rosters are accurate, compliant and accessible, while analysing workforce data and providing timely reporting to support informed decision-making.

In this full-time fixed-term role, you will contribute to Uniting's person-centred approach by supporting staff, residents

Qualifications

• Typically, this role requires a Certificate III in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent rostering experience.
• Experience rostering in a similar setting or transferable skills.
• Experience supporting payroll and workforce reporting.
• Strong computer skills with rostering software and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day rostering for staff, including updates and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain roster reports and support payroll processes.
• Collaborate with Workforce Coordinator to ensure rosters are current.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries from staff and residents' families.
• Organise meetings and training; take minutes as required.
• Process invoices accurately and maintain confidentiality and privacy.
