Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a dedicated Roster Scheduler to manage rostering, payroll support and workforce administration for our residential aged care services in NSW. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure rosters are accurate, compliant and accessible, while analysing workforce data and providing timely reporting to support informed decision-making.

As our Roster Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in keeping our residential aged care service running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Service Manager you'll take ownership of rostering, workforce admin administration and payroll support, helping to ensure our teams are in there to deliver exceptional care.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, compliant and accessible rosters, while analysing workforce data and providing timely reporting on key rostering metrics to support informed decision-making.
You will contribute to Uniting's person-centred approach by supporting staff, residents, and families through efficient, professional and confidential rostering practices.
Typically, this role requires a Certificate III in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent rostering experience as well as:
