Job summary

St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Roster Coordinator to join the Edgecliff team, helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for residents.

This permanent part-time role covers 2 days per week (Monday plus a second day). Experience with Kronos/UKG, FMR and Workday is desirable; a Certificate/Diploma in Business or Scheduling is preferred, along with strong customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management.
• Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos/UKG, FMR, Workday) is desirable.
• Certificate/Diploma in Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling is desirable.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan and understand aged care rights and responsibilities.

As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff. St Vincent's Care Services Edgecliff is just 4km east of Sydney's city centre. Our small but homey 39 bed facility is located in a tranquil, leafy suburb within walking distance of public transport.

Ability to follow directives as per care plan. Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial.

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months). NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
