Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff is seeking a compassionate Rostering Coordinator to join our warm, professional team. This permanent part-time role requires 2 days per week (Mondays and another day), focusing on staffing, scheduling, and rostering for our aged care residents.

You will manage attendance systems (Kronos/UKG, FMR, Workday), ensure accurate rosters, maintain databases, and support resident-centred care with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating staff rostering in residential facilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and attendance records.

Things that work for us:

• Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management.
• Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos/ UKG, Facilities Master Roster (FMR and Workday desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems.
• Certificate/Diploma in Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable
• High level of customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
