St Vincent’s Care Services Haberfield (locally known as St Joan of Arc Villa) is a 50-bed facility located 6.5km from Sydney’s CBD, a close-knit residential aged care facility, providing residents with compassionate care and support.

Things that work for us:

  • Relevant experience in a similarrole proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt andaccurateservices including processing and database management.

  • Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos/ UKG, Facilities Master Roster (FMR and Workday desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems.

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business, Frontline Managementor Scheduling desirable

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilitieswould be beneficial.

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months).

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
