Rydges Cronulla Beachside, part of EVT's hotel network, is seeking a full-time Rooms Division Manager to lead Front of House teams from first enquiry to check-out. You will work with Executive Housekeeper, Maintenance, and Reservations to deliver seamless guest experiences and step in for the General Manager when needed.

You will drive rate management, analyse P&L, forecast demand, and coach a team to maintain service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a senior Rooms Division, Front Office or Operations leadership role within hotels.
• Strong commercial acumen including rate management, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Ability to lead from the front during peak check-in/check-out periods.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Front of House departments with a focus on Front Office and guest service.
• Grow rooms revenue ahead of market through rate management and channel distribution.
• Analyse the Rooms Division P&L and provide commentary on monthly results.
• Forecast peak demand, develop packages and marketing initiatives, assess group bookings impact.
• Oversee rosters, manage wage costs, and coach your team.
• Partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance to maintain room standards and promote EVT properties.
