We aim to be number one in our industry by delivering unique data insights and innovative products.
We're looking for a General Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps) to help take CreditorWatch's go-to-market engine to the next level.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with a broad remit across Revenue Operations, Pricing Operations, Sales Enablement and GTM Engineering. You'll bring together the systems, processes, data and operating rhythms that help our commercial teams acquire, retain and grow customers more effectively.
Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing and the wider business to improve revenue predictability, productivity and customer lifetime value.
We're looking for someone who knows what a high-performing SaaS revenue engine looks like and has the experience to make it happen. Someone who can step back to identify opportunities to improve how we operate, then roll up their sleeves to turn those ideas into action — whether that's improving our Salesforce processes, sharpening forecasting or using AI and automation to give our commercial teams more time to focus on customers.
With ambitious growth plans ahead, you'll play a key role in evolving our go-to-market model, strengthening how our teams work together and ensuring our commercial operations can scale with the business.
Location: Sydney CBD
Working arrangements: Full-time, hybrid
Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer
AI and automation are an opportunity to fundamentally change how our revenue teams operate — not just add another tool to the stack.
You'll work with Sales, Marketing and commercial leaders to identify the opportunities with the greatest value, prioritise the right initiatives and turn them into practical solutions.
That means improving workflows, reducing manual work, recovering selling time and exploring where AI‑enabled tools and agents can make our GTM function more effective.
You'll also measure the impact. Whether it's hours saved, improved conversion, stronger customer retention, faster execution or better commercial outcomes, we want to understand what's working and scale it.
Use it. We'd think less of you if you didn't.
We see AI as an opportunity to improve how we work, and we're interested in people who are already experimenting with it in practical ways.
Write the first draft of your application yourself, then use AI to sharpen it rather than replace your thinking. You can also expect to use AI during at least one stage of the interview process. We're interested in how you work with it, not whether you can work without it.
