Accor ibis Styles East Perth is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy and revenue optimisation for a 252-room hotel in Perth. The role focuses on driving occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while improving market share through forecasting and cross-department collaboration.

You will manage rates, availability, overbooking and restrictions, using IDeaS RMS and Accor systems, and analyse demand, promotions and channels to maximise profitability and guest value.

Responsabilités

• Lead revenue strategy to optimise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share and profitability through pricing, forecasting and cross-department coordination.
• Manage rates, room availability, overbooking and restrictions using RMS and Accor systems; respond to demand, pace and promotions.
• Use market intelligence to assess competitor rates, track events and demand drivers, and identify peak/low periods.
• Maintain day-to-day forecasts and flag opportunities and risks to leadership.
• Price enquiries and net-contribution analysis for groups and corporate business; coordinate with Sales and Reservations.
• Oversee Reservations team rostering, leave, training and performance; align with other departments and partners.
