ibis Perth, located in the heart of Perth CBD, is seeking a Reservations Agent to welcome guests and manage bookings. You will provide detailed information on room types, rates, and packages, and collaborate with front desk to maximise occupancy.

Formación

• Experience in reservations or customer service within hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented work style.

Responsabilidades

• Managing guest bookings, changes and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Providing information on room types, rates, packages and amenities to help guests choose their stay.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions and local attractions.
• Noting and communicating special requests to relevant departments.
• Collaborating with front office and sales to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving booking-related issues promptly.
