Responsibilities

• Assist in managing rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue and maintain accuracy of information.
• Assist in preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, and communicate strategy to properties.
• Perform revenue management month-end reporting and provide forward-looking information for forecasting.
• Generate and update revenue management reports and support analytical needs of the team.
• Assist with system maintenance, input rate hurdles, monitor forecasted demand, and run daily checks.
