Job summary

Accor is seeking a Revenue Manager for the dual-property portfolio of Novotel Sydney Parramatta and Mercure Sydney Parramatta. You will maximise revenue and profitability across both hotels, reporting to the Portfolio Director of Revenue and partnering with Sales, Reservations and Front Office to execute pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management or similar leadership role.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across departments.
• Experience with hotel revenue management systems; familiarity with Accor tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of revenue strategies, pricing initiatives, forecasting and distribution across two properties.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations and Front Office to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Manage inventory, availability and pricing across distribution channels.
• Produce regular revenue and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the Reservations team and work with the Portfolio Director of Revenue.
