ibis Perth, part of Accor, is seeking a Reservations Agent to welcome guests and manage bookings with accuracy and courtesy. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and channels, explain room types, rates, and packages, and collaborate with front office to maximise occupancy.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has experience in reservations or customer service within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS; Opera Cloud is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Managing guest bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Providing detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and amenities to aid guest choices.
• Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance experience.
• Ensuring special requests are noted and communicated to relevant departments.
• Collaborating with front office and sales to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving booking issues promptly.
