You’ll answer calls, qualify leads, and convert enquiries into booked jobs using proven scripts, while keeping technicians booked ahead with clear scheduling and follow-up. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a marketing or CSR role (service/tradie background a plus).
• Confident on the phone with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with job management software (Service Titan), CRM & email tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, qualify leads, and convert enquiries into booked jobs using proven scripts.
