Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or admin (trade industry highly regarded).
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and booking jobs
• Scheduling plumbers efficiently across multiple sites
• Coordinating urgent/emergency works
• Managing and prioritising inbox and work orders
• Following up missed calls and enquiries within required timeframes
• Liaising with clients, building managers, and internal staff
• Assisting with timesheet tracking and job allocation
• Keeping systems organised and up to date
