Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Injury Management / Return to Work Coordinator for an on-site role in Frankston, Victoria. The ideal candidate has RTW experience, knowledge of WorkCover requirements and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, or Workers Compensatio n.
• Experience with WorkCover for insurer or employer.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workers compensation legislation and RTW practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate injury management and rehabilitation plans.
• Liaise with injured employees, managers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation legislation and policies.
• Facilitate safe, timely and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
